NCM 5.1-SP1 Webview Inventory problem

Version: NCM 5.1 SP1

Given: I have a nightly inventory job that runs against all "managed" nodes.

If attempt to view "Cisco Card Data" from the "Inventory" page, I receive the following:

You cannot run inventory reports before running an inventory on your nodes.
Please perform full inventory using Orion Network Configuration Manager application.

I can view inventory data for individual nodes if I RDP into the NCM server and run the NCM application on the server.

Anybody else seem this, or have any ideas?

Good morning Chris.

Yes, the other inventory reports all display information.

I can open a case if that is the preferred method, I just wanted to fish to see if anybody else saw similiar behavior.

Is there any kind of SLA for low priority cases?

I opened the case a week ago, and the only response I have received is the auto-generated case number.

I don't want to increase the priority of the ticket as there are workarounds, and I recognize the importantance for support to be working on more serious issues, but some feedback that the case has been assigned to a support engineer would give me reassurance that it is being given some attention.
