Solarwinds NCM and Juniper SRX

Hello, I am trying to configure NCM to download a Config from an SRX but am getting the following error in my browser and it stalls on processing (note username removed for security). anyone know why this is? we are running NCM 7.3

Hi

It's something in your setup and not NCM.

I have many Junos/SRX that use the standart template from NCM.

Did you create a global profile (User name/password) for that SRX?
