Do you have any monitor templates for MSSQL 2000 and MySQL 4.1?

No useful monitoring information is available for MySQL 4.1 via ODBC. This functionality wasn't added to MySQL until v5.1. You could theoretically gather some information using script monitors through the MySQL command line utilities but it would probably be easier to just upgrade to MySQL 5.1. There are two other threads below where others have encountered similar issues monitoring older versions of MySQL.
As for MSSQL 2000, we don't provide an out-of-the-box Application Template in SAM as SQL2000 is now EoL/EoS. You however create your own custom application template using the Component Monitor Wizard. There is also an application template available in the Content Exchange for monitoring
