Missing NCM Console

I noticed today that I was missing the NCM console after I upgraded to 7.4. Did I do something wrong in the installation that it no longer appears? Could it be that it was merged with the NPM console?

Hi,

NCM 7.4 no longer includes the desktop client; the "Configs" tab should, however, be present in your Orion Web.
