NCM Web Console Username and Password

I can log into the web console with my domain account, but it isn't the actual admin account and I can't add new users. I don't know the admin account, how do you reset this? I have tried reinstalling the web site through the NCM config manager but no luck so far. I have been using as the default username, Admin and a blank password. I think this was messed up by an install of an eval Solarwinds product. I have also deleted the site from IIS and reinstalled it. No luck so far.

If you are using NCM 6.x or earlier, the default username and password is Administrator and blank. After NCM 7.0, it uses the NPM login credentials.

You will have to make a connection to the Orion NCM database.

Just run the following query, and it should allow a blank password:

UPDATE Options

SET OptionValue = 'True'

WHERE OptionName = 'FirstTimeLogin'

I've actually done this and even though the database field is set to True, the default username and password (admin and blank) isn't working.
