Is there any way to include the Component INSTANCE info/data in the Alert?

I have numerous APM Components and need to pass their "INSTANCE" data into the APM Alerts.

I'd like to get that information contained in these Instances passed to the alert - is there any way of doing this?

Otherwise, I'll have to rename each Component to include that Instance and this is extra work.

Thanks DH but I got my answer from opening a ticket with support.

The answer was to submit a feature request.

As of today, APM does not support the INSTANCE name as a resource.

Currently there's no way to include the instance name as part of an alert. Your options are limited to including the instance name as part of the application or the template name. This is the easiest way since it's one location. The other method is as you described, updating the component names with the specified instance.

Any chance you can now include an APM Components instance into an Alert or a Report. I can find the Instance info I need in the APM_ComponentTemplateSetting table but can't figure out how to join that to the APM statistical data table(s).
