Hello all,
I'm looking for some help in getting my alerts to work. The issue I'm having is that I can't clear or acknowledge alerts. I have tried as a normal user as well as the admin user. When I click on acknowledge it pops up with the "do you want to add notes" box and then i click acknowledge and nothing happens. Any thoughts?
