NTA apparently keeps track of unresolved NetFlow addresses but their does not appear to be a way to associate them with human readable addresses.
I don't know exactly what you are attempting, Maybe if you try this it will work, If you have an unresolved IP Address that is associated with a business application, Create an External Node in NPM and assign the IP Address to it.

We are attempting to create a report that lists IP addresses that NetFlow cannot resolve.
The unresolved address table appears to contain a key that one assumes links the record to a human readable IP address.
I have not been able to find the human readable IP addresses.
