chinese words can't been shown

Hi,
d:/1234.bmp
This is an image of a switcher's average response time & packet loss. However, it can't show the chinese words which is replaced by the box. In other places the chinese words can been shown.
The operation system is Windows 2003 Standard Edition, the version of solarwinds orion NPM is 7.8.55 and the SQL SERVER 2000 is used.
Do anyboby know it?

Same problem to me. In chart.jpg that ORION made,the description in Chinese be instead of ¿Ú¿Ú¡£
