I am running NPM 9.5 sp4, with NCM 5.5 sp1 integration on two additional web servers (which happen to be load-balanced). The integration module works great on one of the web servers, but I get the error "The Orion server cannot access the Orion NCM information service. The exact error was 'Bad Data. '"
The installation and settings on both servers is exactly the same. I have reinstalled several times. It also seems I can uninstall the integration piece on both servers, then reinstall it first on the "broken" web server, and it works great. I then install it on the second web server, which used to work, and then it breaks with the same error above. It sounds like the NCM integration piece can only functions properly on one additonal web server. Anyone else see this? I thought I'd post on thwack before I opened a ticket. Thanks in advance.
