This question may also apply to earlier versions of Dameware. I would like to capture the full remote control session screen for inclusion into an e-mail. For some reason Alt-Print Scrn and Ctrl-Print Scrn are disabled. Is there a way around this?
File> Take Screenshot or the Computer and Camera Icon on the menu bar can also take a screenshot and will take you into saving the image.
There is no Take Screen Shot option under any of the menus. Sorry, this is version 6.x.
