Asset Inventory Report

Question

Hi,

I was trying to create a report for the inventory of our servers (like process counts, OS, publisher, and install date). However, some devices only show the install date and blank for the fields publisher, OS, and process counts. I already checked the asset inventory of the devices and I've seen all the information I need.

Does someone here knows on how to get the complete report please?

Well, I noticed if the Polling Method is SNMP, it will not display a lot of information like the Process Count but if you check the Asset Inventory of the device with SNMP you will see that this field is not empty. WEIRD right???

Hi janene16​, all information were completed upon checking the Asset Inventory. It was a bit confusing why all information never seen from the created report
