SQL Tempates in APM

Is there a way to setup a monitor for SQL Server Agent? Can we set it to monitor for a certain exe to be running as a service?
I am looking at the SQL templates and it looks like the port 1433 is monitored but some jobs require the agent as well

You can add the agent as Windows Service Monitor.
