we noticed that when we put a URL in the Custom property called WorkInstructions and try passing the information onto a email from the variable both ${N=SwisEntity;M=Volume.Node.CustomProperties.WorkInstructions} and ${N=SwisEntity;M=Node.CustomProperties.WorkInstructions} is removing "{" and "}" but the Variable ${WorkInstructions} seems to work just fine but is not a global variable.
Does anyone have any experience using SQL or SWQL to pass a Custom property to an email?
