ＮＣＭ7.4を利用。対象機器はメーカーはアライドテレシス。機種は確認中。

Connection Profileを編集し、Connection Profileの下側にある「テスト」をクリックしたところ、

「Unable to connect to polling engine <スイッチのホスト名> on the relevant server. Verify that NCM 7.4 or later is installed on the server.」

と表示され、Connectionのテストが失敗。

考えられる原因をお分かりの方はアドバイスをお願いします。

Hi,

It's difficult to identify the problem without further information.

Basic checks: Is this a multi-poller environment? If yes, is NCM additional poller installed on the server with polling engine to which this device is assigned to? Aren't there any problems with connectivity between main Orion server and additional polling engines?

If none of the above problems exists, please create a support case and attach diagnostics from main and additional pollers.
