Please let me know where I should check.
I tried CDS tools however 'sender error' message was shown on the window.
When I tried with wrong credential, message was 'CCO Credentials have been rejected for...', which means at least with correct password, CDS tools succeeded to aceess and passed credencial check, and there was no problem regarding network problem, but failed to collect information.
Now 2 cisco devices are managed by NCM 7.0. They are switch and router and SNMP managed and enabled to access via telnet/ssh.
CDS is installed on the Orion(NPM,NCM,etc) server.
