Appinsight for exchange question

Just upgraded to 6.1 and assigned Appinsight to two of our Exchange servers. Not all of the Exchange roles are on this server, so there are a lot of "Performance counter not found" alerts with status "Unknown". This causes the whole app monitor to show as not up.

How do I disable or get rid of the counters that aren't needed? Do I have to edit the entire template before assigning?

I`m guessing u already tried clicking on the appinsight aplication on the server and then click on edit application monitor and select the ones u want and disable them. Since u did it for only two servers, it shouldn`t be too much work.

I figured it out. It was actually because the performance monitors for information store weren't enabled on the exchange servers. Good to go now.
