Could you elaborate a bit more on what you are trying to do and what tools you want to use to do it?
when our router changes we re-poll the devices. after re-poll old interfaces are also there with unknown status,

From what I understand, your trying to get rid of interfaces which are no longer active - like a tunnel being deleted.
If you don't need these interfaces anymore, go to "Manage Nodes" - find the device in question and hit the plus sign to the left of it. Select the interfaces you want to delete by clicking the radio box, and use the delete button above the node list.
