NTA Solarwinds Support

Question

I've been trying to contact NTA support for the last week. Solar winds prides themselves on excellent customer service, but I've been asking for updates on this case multiple times to no response.

My question for everyone is HOW DO I GET A RESPONSE?!?! I've wasted 2 work days on the phone, I have emailed multiple times asking for updates & people to call me. As of right now i've been on the phone for almost 3 hours....

We have two servers with NTA, monitoring the same endpoint. The two servers show different traffic through the same route.

This is shown in the two PDF files in the case thread.

I just looked at your case and was unable to find a description of the issue.  What problem are you experiencing with the Top XX resource?
