I've been trying to contact NTA support for the last week. Solar winds prides themselves on excellent customer service, but I've been asking for updates on this case multiple times to no response.
My question for everyone is HOW DO I GET A RESPONSE?!?! I've wasted 2 work days on the phone, I have emailed multiple times asking for updates & people to call me. As of right now i've been on the phone for almost 3 hours....
