Netflow v3 uninstall......

Hi,

Has anyone rolled back to the previous version without any issues ? Is it actually possible ?

I`ve had nothing but problems with v3, including wrong data, massive performance hit and the 2hr default view just isn`t viable in our enviroment.

Lets hope SW can sort these issues soon.

Most of the performance hits are during the upgrade. We have an SP for that now and it also helps with post upgrade. The 2hr charts still have the drop down to change to other intervals, including the old 15 min view.

Is the SP something that existing v3 users should be applying as well?

It is a v3 SP in pre-release. If you would like to apply it please contact support.

Thanks for all the info however im really looking for an answer in regards to uninstalling v3.

The 2hr default view is a killer for us as we only retain 15 minutes uncompressed so makes using netflow painfully slow.

Until that value can be changed its of no use to us, v3 doesn`t seem to have fixed any of the previous support tickets raised for 2.21 ( ie stacked chart error ).

Do I need to raise a support ticket for the info on rolling back or has anyone else done this pain free ?
