Device Template needed for Cisco VPN 3000 Concentrator

Question

Attempt to use template posted by Jodros, but not able to backup config.  Template states to set Execute script and Request config using telnet, transfer config using tftp.  However, device is only accessable thru ssh.  Thanks.

Thanks for posting.  I checked with our dev team and there was an issue with SSH/TFTP transfer combination on menu-based devices  (Telnet/TFTP works fine).   We've fixed this in 5.0 and this release should be coming out soon.   We'd love for you to test this build to verify it fixes your issue.  If you're willing, please sign-up for the 5.0 BETA here:

Did you try setting to SSH?   If that didn't work, please post session trace and we'll diagnose together further.
