Could not reach JobScheduler service...

Adding ESX servers to Orion 9.1.  When I try to assign pollers, such as "vmGuestState" or "vmGuestOS", I get the message...

 

Could not reach JobScheduler service after 3 retries.

 

The JobScheduler service is running, and I've restarted it.  No difference.

 

Also, in the "ESX Server Details" view, the "List of Virtual Machines" module does not display.

Could you try this? :

Ensure as well you are running the latest version of Orion (9.1 SP4) and if this is already the case, I would advise you to open a ticket with the support.

You have a first issue with the JobScheduler that cannot be reached even if it is started, the second problem is that Orion should start polling the VM guests information on the ESX server automatically without requiring you to assign some UnDPs.
