NCM compare configs on paired devices

I need to schedule a daily report to run for NCM to compare the configs downloaded from 2 paired load balancers as they are an active/passive pair. I need to make sure the majority of the config's are sync'ed between the units and sent out as an e-mail report. Does anyone have a sugestion on how to get NCM to do this?

There is no way to do this in NCM..... but you can get the same results.

What you will do is manually compare the two configs...... Once you are sure that they are the same then you baseline those configs. Then run a report agains the baseline for changes.

When things change you will be notified and then you can manually compare the two configs and baseline again.

I figured that was possible, but its not the solution we need. with all the changes we make, that would be base lining every other day. We currently have a script that compares the configs between the 2 devices under linux. I may end up porting it over to the underlying windows server and run that with the scheduling a 3rd party app option. I was hoping for something in the system to do this. I have thought about creating groups of devices and trying to get some way to compare the devices in the groups, but even that hasn't been working.
