SAM Licensing

I recently upgraded our whole Solarwinds application. It all went good except for the Server Application Monitor licensing. On the old server, we were using APM. I deactivated that license. When I went to activate the SAM license on the new server, I looked at our customer portal licenses and there was no activation key. I have about 27 days left on the evaluation license. How can I get this problem resolved?

If the activation key is not showing under your portal, I would recommend either submitting a ticket for customer service to reset the license, or call them to have it done.

Looking at your customer portal I can see you have a SAM ALX license. You'll have to click on "License Management" on the left side navigation to see it listed.
