Silly Noob questions

Hello there,

We have recently purchased NTA SLX, as well as a second NPM polling engine. (12000 elements + 1 Polling engine < Ideal)!

We have got the NTA installed and operating on our original poller.

For licensing purposes, may I install the NTA on the other polling engine, or am I supposed to purchase another license.

Of course, while I'm typing this, I'm thinking that perhaps I should just keep my flow producing devices on one poller, and eliminate the problem all together.

Please help, I'm a little bit at sea!

The license for NTA on the Additional Polling Engine, there is no need to purchase a license for it.

If you are considering installing NTA on only the additional poller that is not a supported configuration. The primary reason to install NTA on an additional poller is for reachability around a firewall or such.
