Monitor connections to a unique port

I am trying to monitor the number of connection attempts made to port 9090 on a windows server. Anyone have any suggestions how to do this? We need to meausre the number of hits to this port so we can gauge the number of user requests for a specific application before we relocate. Would like to measure hourly, daily, and weekly. Thanks in advance for any help that is offered.

This is a pretty tall order, and not something I believe is possible with Windows itself. You could use something like TCP Logger or CurrPorts to log these events to a file. For example with CurrPorts you can use the filter "include:local:tcp:9090" to log all attempts to access TCP Port 9090 on the server. You can then write a PowerShell script monitor in SAM with the "Count statistic as difference" option that counts the number in the log files. This will trend this data over time and you'll be able to report on specific times of day etc.
