I have a problem with the netflow service, it is stopped, and sends me an error message:Service did not start in a timely manner.

This is a known problem - you probably need to update. (please confirm what version you are running)
If you are running the latest you need to open a ticket - I had the problem and the update took care of it.
You can manually start the service from the Windows mmc in the meantime (not from Solarwind service manager - the Windows one).
