Can somebody tell me the default warning and critical threshold values that the default HTTP monitor template uses?
When I look at the component "Response Time Warning/Critical Threshold" fields they are blank.

Check both the Application as assigned and the template itself, an application/component cannot go critical w/o thresholds being set, there are no system defaults
Default is Blank. This is due to what is critical on your network in response time may be different than that of another users environment. This is by design
Orion records critical alerts when the default monitor threshold is blank so some default value must be set by the system.
What is this system default value?
My question is what is the time increment described in the threshold.

It's the same as the statistic measurement being returned by the component monitor, so in the case of the HTTP monitor this would be milliseconds.
