NetFlow Receiver Service Stopped

Hi I have Netflow 3 installed and was working fine, but now the service will no longer start error message is "NetFlow Receiver Service Stopped" and the receiver is DOWN. I have run the repair on the installation via control panel and restarted the server, still no luck. Any ideas?

Hi Rob,

please submit a support ticket in order to investigate this issue. We will need to get a diagnostics of you in order to see where it actually stops.

Logon to www.solarwinds.com -> support and select Submit a ticket on the left panel.
