Hi geeks!
Coming from version 9.5.1, we upgraded our Orion NPM to 10.2.2 and I just noticed that this new feature of version 10 which is the topology 2/3 were automatically checked on all our existing nodes after polling engine version upgrade.
This caused all our nodes to experience high cpu utilization. Good thing I executed this to our SQL server (just found in the forum):
DELETE FROM Pollers WHERE PollerType LIKE 'N.Topology.SNMP.%'
Now Im having a dilemma that this scenario will re-occur on our 2nd solarwinds NPM upgrade (Im handling two Orion NPM on separate networks). Is there a way that upon upgrade the topology resource will not automatically be checked? Because that 2nd network of ours is very delicate to high CPU.
