Netflow Top Talker Alert Email Blank

I'm trying to get the default Top Talker alerts to work, and so far it triggers and sends an email but the contents are blank instead of showing the Top Talker details. Anyone know why that is? I saw nothing in the alert config that allowed me to specify say...HTML instead of plain text or anything.

Turns out this is due to the name password needing to be set even if it's in the URL. Refer to thread Email Web page action no longer works after NPM 11.5 upgrade
