The SNMP, Trap and SW Trap services are all started and a packet capture shows the packets getting to the server - just not being seen in the viewer. The toolset is also on this server and the trap receiver there works just fine. Is there a reason why this wouldn't work? This was also in the event log. The default path is actually G: not C: and the MIBS.cfg and System.EnterpriseServices.Wrapper.dll were both found on the drive.
