NPMv11.0 Import Status: skipped, already exist in Orion database

Good Day

I just upgraded to NPM v11.0 and when adding a new node I get the following error:

I do not have any nodes with this same name or IP address.

When I change the hostname and IP address I get the same error. Server restart did not work.

The device is a DELL N3000 switch. I have several of these already in my database and managed.

The node is not listed in the Manage Nodes section when the import is done
