Hardware Details not displaying

Anyone else having problems getting the Hardware Details to show up? I've followed the Admin guide procedure but with no results.

Okay... so I figured it out. When I did a list resources on the objects that didn't have this feature the "Hardware Health of Servers" wasn't checked. Thanks for all the help though...

Can you provide the following information so we can assist?

Server make, model and manufacturer.
Server operating system
How the node is managed in Orion (SNMP/WMI/VMware)
Server vendor supplied hardware monitoring agent version number (OpenManage/HP SIM/IBM Director)

It's an HP Proliant ML370 server running Windows 2003. Node is managed using snmp. HP Insight Management Agent ver 8.11.0.0

The most common issue with monitoring hardware via SNMP is if HP's SIM agent was installed on the server before SNMP was enabled then the MIBs were not properly loaded into the operating system. I recommend upgrading to the latest version of HP's SIM agent for Windows Server. This upgrade process alone will force the MIBs to be re-registered with the operating system's SNMP agent. It can be downloaded here.
