We recently installed SAM. Our primary goal is to use the software to monitor our Exchange 2016 Environment. IS there any training videos on HOW TO: configure it for exchange 2016 only?

Exchange 2016 is supported in AppInsight for Exchange. You apply the template and you should be good to go

Already done. I only have 4 templates.

There is a training class / presentation in the portal under "virtual classrooms" for Exchange monitoring. I think you need to be a customer with a portal account to access it....it's aimed at Exchange in general...not specifically Exchange 2016. At least it was when I attended...
