SOLARWINDS TECHNICAL SUPPORT ISSUES

Anyone else experience long wait times and delayed response from SolarWinds? My experience has been terrible. Multiple 40+ minute wait times, agents not able to help with cases when calling in...etc. Anyone else having these type of issues?

Which time zone are you in? I am in the UK and to be honest have not needed to call support for over 2 years. However when I did I found it best to ring after 2pm in the afternoon
