Can I modify Netflow to monitor traffic base on source and destination traffic only
let say I have a particular source subnet and destination and I want monitor this rule on my netflow how many big this traffic has occupied

You can create IP Address Groups and monitor traffic for specific groups.
can I monitor these specific group more details , let say with particular source and destination, because I only saw how modified the groups, may be use script or modify the MIB
I don't think so, but it's not clear to me what problem you're trying to solve. If you could elaborate on the scenario, why it's a problem, and how you want to solve it, I or someone else on Thwack might have some suggestions.
acttually I have a problem how to monitor how many bandwidth occoupy in interface level , let say I have 3 client in segment 10.81.1.0
the Ip address is 10.81.1.1 , 10.81.1.2 and 10.81.1.3 , these 3 ip address going to paticular destination segment , let say 10.82.0.0
I want to monitor how many bandwidth are used by these 3 client going to 10.82.0.0, any sugestion how to meet this requirement ?
