Cirrus and the Microsoft Server

Can Cirrus run a scheduled script on Microsoft servers and report back if the script executed successfully or not? Any help would be much appreciated. If you know of another product line please let me know. Application manager is not what I need here. We have that. It's not the service itself that I need to monitor, it's the functionality and dependability of the services "function" that I need to monitor.
