I have taken SolarWinds Academy virtual classes in previous years and this year.
So I attend classes when the new product version are out.
I've attended virtual classes this year and last year as well.
Yes, I've attended SolarWinds Academy courses in the past and I have attended at least one this year.
There is no time... With COVID the pressure on IT is much higher and execs want more answers and now all the projects that were blown off are high priority....
SolarWinds Academy is one of the best parts of being a member of the SolarWinds community.
I just wish the N-Central and Web Helpdesk products received the love that the Orion products do.
I attended last year and this year. I attend classes for the products that we have periodically throughout each year. The instructors always present the material in an interesting and fun way, and the questions that are asked are always good and can give you another perspective on the tools that you use and issues experienced by other organizations.
I'd love to participate in the instructor led virtual classes, however they are only available for customers (require a customer ID to sign up). I am a SW consultant for a partner here in The Netherlands. We do have the possibility to go to partner bootcamps and fortunately I was able to do this twice and get 3 SCP certifications. But they are always abroad and being able to join the virtual classes would be a great addition. Would you consider to make them available to partners also? Cheers, John
