Disable Web Interface?

Is there an easy way to disable the web interface? We don't use it and have no desire to use it. For security there is no need to have it open if no one uses it so I'd like to disable it. We have both NCM and NPM.

Removing the Orion NCM Integration for NPMRemoval of the Orion NCM Integration for NPM component requires manual interaction with the Orion NPM website. Complete the following procedure to completely remove the integration component.

To remove the Orion NCM Integration component:

Stop the Orion NPM website using the Microsoft Internet Information Service Manager.
Stop the IIS Admin Service using the Service Control Manager (services.msc).
Delete the NCM folder in the \inetpub\SolarWinds\Orion folder.
Restart the IIS Admin Service.
Restart the Orion NPM website.
Navigate to http://<code><i>hostnameOrIPaddress</i>/orion/admin/listviews.aspx and remove Orion NCM resources from the following views:
- Network Summary Home
- Node Details

I guess I need to remove the integration too, but I'd like to just disable the web page on both servers. Will just disabling the IIS Admin Service take care of this? I can stop the web page but I'd assume it will re-start on a reboot.
