NCM Credential Error

On my NCM webpage I get this error message when I try logging in.

The Orion server cannot access the Orion NCM information service. The exact error was 'An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host'

I've searched the forum, but haven't found where someone had the same error message. The NCM Information Service is running, and I've tried restarting it.

Any suggestions?

Couple of questions: What versions of NCM and NPMare you running? Is NCM stand-alone or the integration module (I'm assuming integration module but let me know for sure)? Have you upgraded recently?

I upgraded to NCM version 8.3.125 and NPM version 10 about 2 months ago. Yes it is integrated.

Hi There--

I checked the support logs and here are some items for you to try:

Make sure you have all the hotfixes for NCM downloaded. You can get them from your customer portal.
Re-install of the integration module.
Re-run the Orion Configuration Wizard.

If those don't work, you will want to either wait for community feedback or open a support ticket.

You might try just running the Configuration Wizard first to see if that fixes the problem.
