This is a Default Alert added in 10.1, I have added this in case you somehow did not receive this Alert in the upgrade.
In NPM 12.0 it is one of out-of-the-box alerts :-)
but before enable I have modified it to compare Last Sync with StatPolling Interval -- as for different nodes I use different polling intervals.
It would be better with 2xStatsPolling (so more than one poll missed) but it would need Custom Property and separate allert to keep Custom Property in sync with Polling configuration..
