Ordered some items from store prior to site upgrade. No sign of order or points

I lost over 30,000 points when the store changed over to the new system. I had purchased a backpack (25,000) and Blue Argyle Socks (12,000) but they never shipped. Now the points are gone and no sign of the order anywhere.
