Hi,
I would like to suppress alert for high bandwidth utilization until the condition.has been met for X minutes.
i.e trigger alert if bandwidth utilization more than 90% for more than 10 minutes.

You can set delay on the trigger condition tab. Set your threshold to 90% and then select "Condition must exist for more than 10 minutes" option below
