default username in cirrus

Question

hi guys

one of my colleagues reinstalled solarwinds a while back and must of updated the version of the software.  It has the login but includes a username field.  Before it was just the password.

I know the password but what would the default username be?

Try this

1. Launch the Database Manager by navigating to Start->Programs->SolarWinds Orion->Database Utilities.
2. In the window on the left, open the database component called ConfigurationManagement.
3. Right click the table called Options and select “Query Table …”.
4. In the window that opens, click the Refresh button in the top left corner.
5. In the top center of this window, select the radio button for “Read-Write (Results can be edited)”.
6. In the bottom half of the window, find the value for FirsTimeLogin. Double click the word False to the right so that you can edit it. Now change its value to True.
   6a. If this value is already True then skip to step #8.
7. Click the Refresh button in the top left corner to make sure your changes were written to the database.
8. Now close the Database Manager, open Cirrus and log in with a username of Administrator and a blank password.

not luck I am afraid.  I think the password I have might be incorrect?

Is there a password recovery option possible?  I can get into SQL with my network account
