Hi Team,

Do we have option to fetch alerts which is cleared by passing Alertobject ID's .

kindly help as we want to notify customer through email once device is up.

If you specifically want to work with alerts using the API, then I'd suggest going through the following documentation.

Otherwise, if you just want to send an email when the device comes back up, you should be able to do that via the alert reset condition, within an alert.

Am trying to check if the device came back i should send email, where i

already sent for down status to customer. How to check this in orion

tables? Am using python to get alert details. Is orion. Alert configuration

contains any such property?. Pls guide
