Alert on FSMO role move and FSMO availability

Hi,

I am looking for a way to create an alert based on FSMO role availability or if the FSMO role is moved to another DC. Is that possible to do with SAM?

Nothing out of the box. You could create a Powershell monitor and script it.

Have you setup Directory auditing?

I believe Event 4662 will show FSMO changes. Then just create an event log monitor.
