How do I view notifications in SAM?

The menu bar indicates I have two notifications. However, when I click the bell icon, all it says is I have two notifications and it gives me the option to dismiss all. How do I actually view the notifications? This problem exists in both IE and Edge.

The info in notification is also missing for me but only when i use an additional web server. If you what to read the notification check this article :
