Missing Menu Bar

I was attempting to create an account with very limited access, rights, and views. In my ignorance removed every menu bar option across all user accounts. I have no idea what the best course of action would be. Reinstalling all my modules entirely? Any help is much appreciated.

Support can help with this if you haven't already resolved it. You should not have to reinstall everything.

Opening a new ticket is the right solution. But you may discover it could be faster to simply restore the server from last night's backups.

You do automated backups of your server at least once a day, right? Maybe more often incrementally?
