I took at training a few weeks ago and still not seeing the thwack points in my account.

I have done a couple of trainings and did not get the points.
Same thing for surveys.

We've run into a little technical glitch with the points software that we are troubleshooting. We are working on this and are keeping track of everyone who should be updated.
We are hoping to have this resolved soon.
